目的 以倪绍祥先生土地评价思想概括和我国土壤普查、土地类型述评为依据,探讨我国耕地评价工作完善路径和方向。方法 文章采用文献研究和对比分析方法。结果 (1)倪先生经过多年研究实践,形成以土壤调查为前提的,土地类型单元为基础,开展土地评价的系统思想。(2)我国土壤调查、土地类型工作中断,致使农用地分等定级、土地质量地球化学等工作缺乏扎实的数据基础,使得现有的耕地评价成果难以满足新时代耕地资源“三位一体”保护要求,也妨害国家对自然资源的科学管理。(3)国家生态文明建设、国土资源科技创新和自然资源管理机构职责整合等宏观背景,客观上要求将土地评价与土壤类型、土地类型相联系,夯实耕地评价的科学基础,创新耕地质量评价体系。(4)科学组织第三次土壤普查,服务于耕地评价实践,将土壤资源融入自然资源统一管理成为必然趋向。结论 倪绍祥先生有关土地评价思想,对于完善我国土地评价理论和方法体系,创新性开展第三次土地利用现状调查中的耕地质量调查专题,适应自然资源统一管理新形势具有重要借鉴价值。亟需科学组织新的土壤普查和土地类型调查研究,更新完善原有的土壤资源图和报告,深化中小尺度的土地类型调查研究,不仅深化人们对土地资源的客观认识,也为新的耕地质量评价提供客观、科学、高精度的数据基础提供可能。  相似文献

仿制药专利挑战机制是我国药品专利链接制度的核心环节。在现有规范体系下进行制度构建,存在同现行《专利法》抵触的问题,通过立法或释法活动化解这种冲突具有必要性。在解释学范式下对仿制药品专利挑战侵权拟制、侵权解释两种立法进路进行推演和反思,并辅之以制度体系、国际比较、法律政策、经济分析等视角,可得出拟制进路更为可行的结论。在拟制进路下进行制度构建,应遵循法律拟制技术规范,并妥善处理制度配套问题。  相似文献

在当前以住房财富划分的社会分层已然形成的背景下,有大量研究证实了住房产权对主观幸福感的积极影响,然而,作为构成幸福感的重要方面,住房对工作满意度可能存在着更为复杂的影响.文章利用CLDS2016数据探索了住房分层对劳动者工作满意度的影响,估计结果表明:多套住房者的工作满意度更高,仅拥有一套住房者表现出了比其他群体更低的工作满意度.文章从心理机制和工作满意度主客观指标分解两方面探索了其原因:一方面,偿还房贷的压力和房价上涨引致的工作机会成本的提高所引发的相对剥夺感降低了一套住房者的工作满意度;另一方面,虽然在工作收入、工作时间和工作环境等客观条件方面与无房者没有明显差异,但一套房者对工作收入表现出了明显的不满情绪,多套住房者在三种工作条件上均优于其他群体,因此其满意度也更高.  相似文献

基于价值链视角,构建涵盖人才资源在区域空间层面集聚生成、地区配置、效能产出3个维度在内的区域人才集聚水平评价指标体系,采用专家咨询AHP-信息熵组合赋权法构建综合评价模型和耦合协调度模型,对2010—2018年长江经济带沿线省市人才集聚水平进行测度与时空演化特征分析。结果表明,就长江经济带整体而言,考察期内地区人才集聚水平总体呈现逐年上升态势,但仍处于低水平状态;沿线省市人才集聚水平差异显著,缩小趋势渐缓,整体呈现局部高水平、全局低效率的不利境况;各省市人才集聚水平关键维度的耦合协调度整体呈显著波动递增态势,但内部耦合协调度存在不平衡发展问题,影响地区人才集聚水平整体提升。为提升长江经济带人才集聚水平,推进沿线地区协调发展,需强化区域人才合作机制,采取差别化精准策略破解沿线地区人才集聚低水平、不协调的短板因素。  相似文献

We investigate whether selection based on multidimensional private information in risks and risk preferences can, under different market structures, result in a negative correlation between insurance coverage and ex post realization of risk. We show that, under perfect competition, selection based on multidimensional private information does not result in the negative correlation property, unless there is a sufficiently high loading factor. However, it is possible to generate the negative correlation property under monopoly when risk and risk preference types are sufficiently negative dependent. We also clarify the connections between important concepts such as adverse/advantageous selection and positive/negative correlation property.  相似文献

Current turnover research fails to serve the needs of an industry that is long plagued by employee turnover. Existing literature focuses more on evaluating bundles of human resource practices and fail to provide precise and clear guidance for practitioners. This study proposes that emotional intelligence (EI) unifies sufficient individual factors and organizational factors that affect employee turnover and serves as a single significant precedent for turnover. Data were collected from frontline employees at eight luxury hotels. The direct, indirect, and total impacts of employee EI on employee turnover were tested by structural equation modeling and bootstrap tests. The results suggest that EI has significant indirect impacts through the mediation of perceived organizational support, pay satisfaction and job burnout, and significant total impacts on turnover. Implication suggestions include integrating EI into the recruiting process for new employees and providing training opportunities for current employees to improve their EI.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to elaborate the structural relationships among the experiential quality dimensions, experiential trust, emotional attachment, experiential image, switching experience, experiential satisfaction, and experiential loyalty from the green perspective. The study findings are based on structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis of a convenience sample of 560 customers at one green restaurant in Taipei City, Taiwan. The findings show that investing resources in an increase in the experiential quality dimensions and a decrease in green switching experience is useful to enhance green experiential trust, green emotional attachment, green experiential image, green experiential satisfaction, and green experiential loyalty.  相似文献

As independent financial advisors, securities firms are the core intermediaries in major asset reorganization (MAR) of listed companies. Furthermore, they play the dual roles of transaction and authentication. Based on this institutional background, this paper studies how listed companies choose between industry experience (“meritocracy”) and relationships (“nepotism”). Using the MAR of A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2013 as the sample, this paper shows that higher transaction costs (i.e., greater demand for the transaction function of advisors) are related to the higher possibility of advisors with weaker relationships and more industry experience being hired. It also shows that higher suspicion of tunneling (i.e., greater demand for the signal of fairness associated with advisors’ authentication function) is related to the higher possibility of advisors with weaker relationships being hired, but it is not significantly related to whether advisors have more or less industry experience. This paper also shows that reputation has a certain governance effect on the negative consequences of relationship. For the most part, listed companies reward meritocracy but not nepotism when appointing independent financial advisors.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

As the engine of China’s economy, small enterprises have been the central to the country’s economic development. However, given the characteristics of the small enterprises loan (i.e., short borrowing period, large volume, small amount and incomplete information), it is extremely challenging for financial institutions to assess their creditworthiness. Thus, it seriously delays and restricts the financing access for small enterprises. In an attempt to relieve the financing difficulty of small enterprises, this article makes use of 687 small wholesale and retail enterprises in a regional commercial bank in China, to establish a credit rating indicator system composed of 17 indicators by using both partial correlation analysis and probit regression. It then utilizes TOPSIS together with fuzzy C-means to score the credit ratings of our sample of small enterprises. With the dual test of default discrimination and ROC curve, the prediction accuracy of the established indicator system has reached 80.10% and 0.917, respectively, indicating the robustness and validity of our credit rating system.  相似文献

Advance selling is a marketing strategy commonly used by online retailers to increase sales by exploiting consumer valuation uncertainty. Recently, some online retailers have started to allow refunds on products sold in advance. On the one hand this reduces the net advance sales, but on the other hand it allows a higher advance sales price. This research is the first to explore the overall effect of allowing a refund on profits from advance sales, identifying conditions where advance selling with or without refunds (or no advance selling at all) is best. We analytically compare the profits of three advance selling strategies: none, without refund, and with refund. We show that selling in advance and allowing a refund is optimal for products with a relatively small profit margin and small strategic market size, and that the added profit can be considerable. Our results guide managers in selecting the right advance selling strategy. To facilitate this, we graphically display, based on the two dimensions of regular profit margin and strategic market size, under what conditions the different strategies are optimal.  相似文献
